After heavy rain on the 6th September, there were several places in East Cleveland that had localized flooding.
The above is from a drive out in my Land Rover through Skelton Green in Cleveland and shows a Vauxhall Astra VXR driving to fast into deep water and killing the engine in the middle of the road, closing the road for any other road users.
